In this role, he financed private sector infrastructure projects in Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia. He later served as the representative for IDB Group Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. Neree attended Brown University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He later earned graduate degrees at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.”

Ovide Val is an experienced immigration attorney with over 20 years of professional legal experience. Val had completed more than 50 cases before EOIR beginning in 2006 after he formally went on his own and started his own firm, Law Office of Ovide Val. He began his career practicing with the Law Office of Jeffrey Schwartz, handling criminal and immigration law matters. Later his practice turned to real estate with a focus on appellate cases. Val volunteered with Lutheran Ministries and is well-trained in U.S. immigration law matters, especially asylum and bonding issues. For several years, Val has volunteered to teach at churches in Creole language workshops on filing forms and counseling on immigration matters.
